Clinical Supervision

I am a registered supervisor (RS) so I offer supervision to trainee and qualified therapists. Supervision, as the name suggests (super – vision), is a process about gaining clarity by exploring more than one perspective. This offers both the practitioner and client benefit in the form of support and direction. I like to bring all my experience of transpersonal and integrative psychotherapy to create a reflective space where we can work together to best support your clinical practice.

Supervision sessions can take place in one-to-one form or within a group setting, online or in person. I am registered with UKCP. In addition, I am also working towards a training status (RTS).

Reflective Practice

I also facilitate space for discussion, reflection and understanding that can support groups and individuals in all caring / helping professions at training or senior levels (for example, charities or students in psychiatric placements). Often such organisations are in high demand and there can be little time to communicate experiences. Creating regular reflective space can positively impact working environments and instil confidence.

Inter-cultural and Trauma-focussed Supervision

I practice with a deep intercultural awareness in both supervision and psychotherapy. I offer useful tools to encourage exploration of culture and identity. Engaging with this lens allows for intersectionality to clearly emerge and be accommodated, and issues to be addressed where necessary.
